		<description>Good for you. Making people think through the value of what they are asking for seems like the least you could request. And it&#039;s good that you have air cover.  What works for us is offering alternatives, or another way to achieve the same goal.

Those of you who recall Newt Gingrich&#039;s presentation at the Healthcare on the Internet conference a couple of years ago may remember his great line:  &quot;Yes, if...&quot;  Saying &quot;No, because...&quot; shuts down the conversation and bums everybody out.  But saying &quot;yes, if...&quot; even if the &quot;if&quot; is if we had an extran $1 million lying around, at least gets people thinking about the possibilities, and the responsibilities.</description>
